Order Processing

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4 pm. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday and major holidays. Orders received outside of hours of operations  will be process the next business day. We strive to process your order within 2-3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

At The HOMLI Company, we take pride in delivering your products right to your doorstep, ensuring a seamless experience. Please note that our domestic delivery service is not available for PO Box addresses. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. We are committed to providing you with timely and hassle-free deliveries. In the rare event of a delay caused by The HOMLI Company, we will gladly compensate you by offering a store credit for the total purchase amount to be used within 60 days of the original purchase date. It's important to note that once your products are handed over to the package carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process. Rest assured, we're dedicated to making your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible.

Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully content with your order, we gladly offer hassle-free exchange and return options within 14 days of receiving your products. Please review the following guidelines to understand our exchange and return policy:

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are available for products that are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. The product must be in its original packaging, and all labels, and accessories should be intact.

  2. Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@thehomlicompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement product to you.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted for products that are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

  2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thehomlicompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your banking account.
